Return Policy

We at Advik Ayurveda endeavour to provide you with the most satisfactory purchasing experience possible. However, since opened or damaged items cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of opened or used products once they have been sold or delivered. Once shipped, products cannot be cancelled.

In the event of product damage or quality issues, we can only replace the product if notified within the time frame outlined below:

  • If you get tampered with or damaged products, please notify our customer care within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting images and video, so that we may resolve your problem as soon as possible.
  • Please contact our customer care within seven days after receiving your purchase if you have any product quality concerns.
  • Advik Ayurveda is not liable for any harm that occurs after delivery. Our Exchange / Returns Policy does not cover damages caused by negligence, inappropriate use, or incorrect application.

Exchanges will be allowed only if the items are returned in sellable condition, in their original packing, undamaged, and subject to the following restrictions -

  • Requests for returns and exchanges will be checked and vetted by Advik Ayurveda.
  • Once the products have been sold, there will be no refunds; only replacement of products will be allowed.
