Shipping policy

Reputable logistics service partners dispatch all orders from our respective warehouses. Please allow us the following number of days for shipping and delivery from when your purchase is received.

• All domestic orders are handled and shipped within one-two business day after receipt (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). The order will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
• Orders outside India are processed within 2-3 business days (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). The order will be delivered within 10-12 business days. 

For International orders:

1. In the case of international orders, the logistics service provider will split customs costs and handling fees, if applicable, at the time of delivery. 
2. We provide free worldwide delivery on all purchases of USD 100 or more. We will charge a fixed delivery fee of $20 for purchases under USD 100 for international orders.
3. Your consignment may be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other relevant government taxes on arrival in the destination country. These costs are not included in the shipping charges shown in the total purchase amount. 
4. The customer must meet these costs. Under any circumstances, Advik Ayurveda is not obligated to pay them. 
5. We request to check the various government websites for the estimated Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes. 
6. If the customer refuses to pay the applicable shipment custom costs upon arrival in the destination country. We will deduct the total shipping and return duty charges from the customer order value while processing the refund. 
7. When the goods are delivered, they must be signed for, and if you cannot sign for your delivery, please recommend a substitute, such as a family member, coworker, neighbour, etc.
