Shipping policy

We use reputable logistics partners to dispatch all orders from our warehouses. Please note the following shipping and delivery times:

Domestic Orders (Within India)

Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding Public Holidays and Sundays).
Delivery Time: 5-7 business days after shipping.
OTP Responsibility: If you choose to share the OTP with the courier partner, it is your responsibility to ensure you properly receive the package from the delivery person before sharing the OTP. Advik Ayurveda will not be responsible if the package goes missing after you share the OTP.

International Orders (Outside India)

Processing Time: 10-12 business days (excluding Public Holidays and Sundays).
Delivery Time: 15-20 business days after shipping.

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

Customs Costs and Handling Fees: These will be split and handled by the logistics provider at the time of delivery. These costs are not included in the shipping charges shown during checkout.
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for any Customs Duty Charge, Import Duty, or other relevant government taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Advik Ayurveda is not obligated to cover these costs.
Non-payment of Customs Fees: If you refuse to pay the applicable customs fees upon arrival, we will deduct the total shipping and return duty charges from your order value when processing the refund.
Delivery Signature: Someone must sign for the delivery. If you are unavailable, please arrange for a substitute (e.g., family member, coworker, neighbor) to sign on your behalf.

Important Note: The shipping charges for international orders mentioned on the website during checkout apply only to orders of up to 5 products (within 1 kg). For orders exceeding 5 products, please contact our customer care for shipping and payment details.
